Once pounded in water, can you use kava kava again, or do you have to make a new batch?

just wondering. I heard somewhere that you can use the same bunch of kava for multiple batches of kava drink.

Once you have made your kava kava drink most of the active kavlectones have been dissolved in the water, so you can reuse but the experience will not be as strong. May I also suggest to use some sort of fat based product like coconut milk to successfully extract all the goodies out of Kava Kava because there are other alkaloids in Kava Kava that are fat soluble.
