should i make him pay child support?

My kids father and i have been split up sense september of last year and things didnt go well after our break up until a couple months ago when he called me out of no where and wanted to see me weve spent everyday toether we could sense then, but from what his sister in law says hes alittle two faced because he doesnt tell his family he is seeing me, but his mother for some reason still not sure why doesnt seem to like me very much i didnt do anything wrong but yeah shes on hormones if that tells u anything and is going through menopause…. but sense out daughter was born weve gotten really close, we even kissed for the first time sense june of last year a couple weeks ago, but he has two other children by two other women and he pays child support to them.. well hes not paying the stat eis hes over 10000 dollars behind on hsi shild support, i love him dearly, but im not surew whats going on between us, and i know once i file child support he will go to jail because he wont pay it.

if your worried about sending him to jail then sit him down and talk to him. explain to him that you need the money to help with your daughter? i think is what you said you two had. but you need to sit him down and honestly tell him you need the money. its not somthing that has to interfear with your relationship and where it might lead from there. just sit him down and say listen i need the extra money for our daughter and its in her best intrest. you love her dearly and i do belive that you understand where im comming from. if he gets nasty explain to him what could happen if he doesnt pay the child sapport and that im sure will straighten him out. hope i could help and wish you all the luck hun!
