How do you open a ultra-pure Liquid Candle?

I bought a ultra-pure Liquid Candle from Walmart for my Jack o Lantern but I don’t know how to open it? Can someone plese help me before HALLOWEEN!

You have to pop off the plastic top. It is not easy. I have used the back side of a butter knife to get mine off in the past.
