I have dried the herb:rosemary. Can I sterilize it in the microwave?

I would like to store it in a jar. How long a time period would you put it in the microwave for?

You do not need to do that if you cleaned your herb before the drying process. Cooking with them will kill off any other bacteria. I’ve never had a problem. If you heat the rosemary, you may change the flavor of it.
