Combat The Flu Today
Whether you decide to get the H1N1 vaccination or not (I Say Not), you can take precautions to avoid the flu or to help reduce symptoms once you recognize them.Below are a few suggestions to lower your risk and ease the onslaught of those symptoms.
Wash hands frequently, especially when arriving at work, after shaking hands, using a phone, handling money, etc. Basically when ever you touch something that you’re not sure is clean!
Gargle 2-3 times a day with warm salt water. Use Listerine if you dont trust salt. H1N1 takes 2-3 days after initial infection in the throat to proliferate and show symptoms. Simple gargling prevents proliferation. Dont underestimate this simple, inexpensive and powerful method.
Boost natural immunity with foods and supplements. (Click Here For More Immune Boosting Tips & Ways To Boost Energy & Nutrition)
Use supplements Vitamin C, E, and Zinc, as well as Oreganol (wild oregano oil), 5 drops (no more) in some water taken 2-3 times per day can wipe out flu virus when symptoms start to come on. Taking certain herbs like Una De Gato is always a great idea!
Drink warm liquids often. These will drown the virus out of the throat and into the stomach where they die and leave you free to be healthy and happy.
Carry & use hypoallergenic natural hand sanitizer when ever you touch something foreign.
Use sanitizing towelettes to clean work surfaces such as phones, chair arms, desks, computer keyboards, door handles, door knobs, etc.
Cover your mouth with your arm while coughing or sneezing and promptly wash your hands afterward.
Reduce exposure to others who are ill (keep clear if possible).
Elderberry syrup aka Sambucol are great immune booster for flu.
Oscillococcinum, a homeopathic remedy, works very well for many once youve come down with the flu.
And finally, do a Body Detox to strengthen your Immune System.
How are you dealing with flu season? Do you have any recommendations?
